Be Willing to Do Any Job

Want to know how to really succeed? Be willing to do any job. When I’m on set, I’m still the guy offering to get coffee. Not because I’m humble or trying to score points, but because I want to make sure the team knows I’m all in. I’m not precious about my role. I’ll do whatever it takes to get the project done, because in the end, getting it done is all that matters. If you want to be a leader, start by being the best wingman you can be.
